Overview

 

Wanson Development Ltd., has been a multi-family developer in the Lower Mainland since 1996. We pride ourselves and are fully dedicated to building innovative and livable homes that are of great value for our customers and stakeholders.

 

Over the past few years, Wanson has experienced considerable growth and is now positioned to launch approximately 700 multi-family homes over the next five years. We are seeking a full-time employee as an experienced Marketing and Customer Service Coordinator. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational and management skills. Most importantly, we are looking for a candidate who is passionate about the development industry.

 

This position offers a competitive compensation package with benefits and offers the successful candidate growth within the company with the potential to be promoted to Marketing Manager.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

To coordinate and assist the VP Development in marketing efforts, sales coordination and customer care for all Wanson projects.

    • Coordinate the Project Envisioning Sessions with Development Team and Marketing Agency to establish direction for new projects in preparation for Rezoning Applications i.e.: Positioning Statement, design Innovation and market inputs.
    • Assist in the preparation and management of the Marketing Schedule and ensure that it fits with the overall development schedule prepared by the DM and is coordinated with the Marketing Schedule of the Agency.
    • Assist in the preparation and management of the Marketing Budget and ensure that the Wanson Marketing Budget fits with the Agency Budget.
    • Engage all marketing and graphics suppliers and trades and review and manage fee proposals and monthly invoicing.
    • Coordinate with the DM and CM to ensure that for new projects that the spec is grounded in the market.
    • Manage the “Wanson Excel Spec Summary Document”.
    • Coordinate from a Wanson Rep perspective, the Envisioning Process. Working with the VP Development, provide direction to the ID consultant and the Marketing Agency in terms of Sales and Marketing Strategy for new projects.
    • Working with the DM and Wanson’s lawyer, modify the templated contract with respect to new projects.
    • Assist the DM in preparation of Disclosure Statements.
    • Provide input to the DM on Strata Bylaws for new projects.
    • Coordinate and manage all marketing collaterals including renderings, photography, site signage, brochures, sanitization of plans working with VP of Development.
    • Summarize all sales contracts and tabulate the buyer names and contacts including purchase price, GST, color scheme, upgrades, commission, parking, storage etc. for each sold unit.
    • Assist the DM, VP Development and SCM on all matters related to the sales centre including supplies, graphics, model, display suite, interactive computers, FF&E, brochures etc.
    • Deliver the final color scheme schedule to the Construction Team.
    • Coordinate parking stalls, EV stalls and storage locker making sure the quantity and quality are up to our P&S contract requirements.
    • Order all door keys, gate openers, locker keys for all units.
    • Prepare the Welcome Packages and Homeowner Manuals.
    • Assign parking stalls and storage lockers, working with the Conveyancer.
    • Coordinate the Walk-thru and Move-in schedules and elevator booking schedule.
    • Manage deficiency calls.
    • Prepare Handover Manuals for Homeowners.
    • Prepare New Home Warranty documents working with VP Finance.
    • Orient the Buyers and the Buyers’ Sales agent on the key handover procedures.
    • Co-ordinate with the Conveyancer on the Closing Schedule and Notice Schedule.
    • Coordinate with Conveyancer all Statement of Adjustments.
    • Coordinate the key handover.
    • Organize the Schedule for Move-ins with new Homeowners.
    • Manage New Home Warranty requirements and bonds.


Qualifications

 

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Post-Secondary Education
  • Min 2 years of job experience
