An update on Wanson’s recent investment transactions

With a vision to continue creating value for our tenants and partners, Wanson Group completed two commercial space transactions — a sale and an acquisition — over the past few months.

ACQUIRED: Langley Shopping Centre

Wanson Group is proud to announce the acquisition of a completely renovated neighbourhood shopping centre in Langley — joining the transformation along the Fraser Highway.

Situated at the Northeast corner of Fraser Highway and 206th Street, this 79,497 sq-ft shopping centre provides direct access to key corridors, prime exposure, and prominent building signage. With overwhelming support for the Surrey-Langley SkyTrain project, and plans to improve rapid transit and bus services, this is a significant investment added to the Wanson Group portfolio.

SOLD: Nordel Court

Wanson Group is pleased to announce the sale of 10128 Nordel Court in Delta, B.C. — an industrial property with a 10,510 sq-ft building on 1.44 acres.

The prime location provides easy access to major transportation routes, such as Highway 17, the East-West Connector, and Highway 99.
